Storyline Mystery Kids
The surprisingly intricate, nimble plot is about a couple of kids who play amateur detectives one summer in the hopes of collecting a $5,000 reward offered to anyone able to find a missing 17 year old girl. The girl and boy are best friends who have a great, unforced camaraderie with each other. None of the tiresome sniping and bickering that goes on in so many other films of this ilk. And they are given some wonderfully smart, observant dialogue, tons of it. In fact, the film is overflowing with it, much of it tricky and the two actors handle it all like a couple of seasoned pros.Movie details

The Mystery Kids never broke up, though they drifted apart as the years went by. But then, after years of no contact, Norman gets a call asking for help on a murder case that left everyone stumped. Of course the medium accepts with hopes of reviving their relationships, but a brewing storm seems to disrupt their reunion.
Mystery Kids: The Eldritch Truth. I don’t know how many people want this to happen, but I certainly do. It’s a video game idea I’ve had of the Mystery Kids since I storyboarded for the 2013 project. Sugar Wiki / Mystery Kids ... Dib's ghost is in the Mystery Shack, as Norman discovers. How he died and got there is a mystery (though the thing lodged in his forehead might have something to do with it). Official Couple: Raz and Lili. Precision F-Strike: Raz calls Coraline "badass" near the end.
I did have a few ideas for new characters - again this would only be a topic for discussion for a potential series 2 if we ended up going for another round - Steven Universe was a consideration but I have established, be it briefly - that Steven Universe is a cartoon, because Wybie is watching it at one point.
